Nearly half of Argentina's 1,068,302 Sq. Miles are covered with natural grasslands which extend almost uninterruptedly, from the east of the majestic Andean Mountain Range to the Uruguay River and the Atlantic Coast. The Melting of the Snow on the high mountain peaks and the large rivers which flow across the plains create hundreds of streams that irrigate extensive areas of these vast plains known as the Humid Pampas. But the most important elements of this privileged ecosystem are its temperate climates with constant breezes that permanently supply fresh air and an ideal rainfall distribution.

Since the arrival of the first Europeans at the beginning of the XVI th century, the region's development has been based on livestock production. The primitive animals were replaced by the most famous European breeds and Argentina became one of the best livestock breeding countries in the world.

" Within the large area which is not populated by acid rain. 55,000,000 heads of cattle graze freely day and night under the careful watch of the "Gaucho". Animal breeding and grazing do not need fertilizers or hormones due to the abundance and nutritional quality of the grasslands."

Today, Argentine meat is undoubtedly the most feasible alternative for healthy and nutritious food:

  • Because it contributes invaluable nutrients such as proteins, Iron, and vitamins of the B complex.
  • Because the proteins in lean beef are complete, and contain all the essential amino acids that generates the tissues that must be replaced daily.
  • Because meat is the best source of Iron as the body can assimilate it better than the one supplied by vegetables.
  • An Iron deficiency reduces physical vigor, energy and memory.
  • Because the B1, B2 and B12 vitamins that are found in beef are necesary to absorb the nutrients in other products.
